    Modern underfloor heating systems.

    Today the requirements for an underfloor heating system are high. As low installation height and weight as possible, high heating efficiency and quick and easy installation. Today there are new underfloor heating systems with a significantly faster response than older systems. In a research project, the Technical University of Dresden simulated heating times for various underfloor heating systems. The results show that a living space heats up much faster with the new, highly dynamic underfloor heating system. To be more precise, the room temperature rises 2.7 times faster with the ts14 R than with a classic underfloor heating system. When the room is heated, the desired temperature is reached in much less than half the time. The dry building system ts14 R was developed for applications where conventional wet building systems with hot concrete or wet mortars cannot be used. On the one hand, this applies to renovations where the usual construction heights are minimal. 100-120 mm are not available or in buildings that cannot take the weight of a wet system of about 130 kg / m².

    With conventional wet building systems, it usually takes about 2-6 weeks after the screed is applied before flooring work can begin. With the ts14 R dry construction system, you can start laying the finished floor immediately after it has been installed. The ts14 R offers maximum flexibility to meet almost all requirements of a renovation system. Unlike other dry building systems, it can be covered with tiles (with the load distribution plate) or parquet, for example. The base is the ts14 R shaped plate made of EPS 200, to which a thermally conductive aluminum sheet is glued over the entire surface from the factory. In combination with the 125 mm condensation, a very high heat output is achieved with low system temperatures. The load distribution plate can be used for static sensitive floors. It is a fiberboard made of aluminum alloy with high compressive strength and good thermal conductivity. Purmo Therm PU padding compensates for uneven surfaces under the ts14 R system. Therm PU is a granular expanded glass mixed with resin and used as a leveling filler to create a flat surface. Unlike ordinary pumice infill, it is stackable and, thanks to the built-in thermal insulation, reduces downward heat loss.
