Controlled mechanical ventilation for residential and service industry use

Controlled mechanical ventilation system allows to eject the exhausted air from the most isolated and polluting rooms as bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and to introduce fresh air from outdoors into other “noble” areas as sitting rooms, or bedrooms by recovering the energy from the exhaust air.

Thanks to the fans, air is taken from the rooms and from outdoors and goes through the recovery unit at highly efficient crossed flows, recovering the energy contained inside the house. Air is distributed into the rooms thanks to a distribution plenum, a piping network easy to be installed and easy to be put in the false ceiling. The latest-generation single-hole VMC controlled unit is very easy to be installed and able to achieve very high efficiency.

Depending on the needs of your building, the ventilation systems of EMMETI, whether it is a simple single-point recovery unit, or more complex units, multi-point , centralized or decentralized, will give you a pleasant and healthy indoor climate without energy losses.

Recupera FAN

Air extraction unit

Air extraction unit (CMV), very low energy consumption, ideal for continuous ventilation in bathrooms, toilets and small/medium size rooms.

Suitable to extract air directly to the outside or through short linear ducting. The unit can be wall, ceiling, or window mounted.

Recupera ONE-60

Punctual dual-flow CMV unit with heat recovery UNVR (non-residential ventilation unit)

Recupera ONE-60H is a ventilation unit equipped with heat recovery unit dedicated to air renewal without energy waste, particularly suitable for individual environments where ducted systems cannot be realized, such as classrooms, student residences, reading rooms, office spaces, etc.

Recupera ONE

Punctual CMV alternate flow unit (decentralised) with heat recovery

Decentralised Mechanical Ventilation unit, with alternate flow and heat recovery core (“push-pull” type): extremely low energy consumption.
For installation in single room such as living room and bedroom: for a better flow balancing two units are commonly used in parallel operation, having opposite and synchronised flows.
Ideal solution for removal of CO2 or any other indoor volatile pollutants and to prevent condensation and mould problems which inevitably damage the building as well as the occupants’ health.

Recupera ONE-100

Dual-flow punctual CMV unit with heat recovery

Decentralised VMC dual-flow heat recovery unit, suitable for wall installation in premises up to 80 m² (school rooms, waiting rooms, open-space...)

Functional characteristics
• Easy installation & money saving: no design and preset of any distribution system are required for the decentralized unit.
• Extremely quiet thanks to the fact that the motors with low power consumption are encapsulated inside the PPE structures that attenuates noise level.
• G4 filters easy to remove from the outside. Internal F7 filter as standard.
• Automatic anti-freeze system that prevents ice from building up on heat exchanger inlet side.
• Two drainage holes to be used according to need climate requirement.

Recupera SLIM

CMV dual-flow ducted unit with heat recovery for horizontal installation

How Recupera SLIM works
The exhaust air from the more polluting rooms like bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms is expelled by a mechanical ventilation system, introducing clean air taken from outdoors into “noble” areas like living rooms or bedrooms, recovering the energy in the exhaust air.

Recupera MED

Controlled mechanical ventilation dual-flow ducted unit with heat recovery for residential vertical installation

How does Recupera MED work
The exhaust air from the more polluting rooms like bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms is expelled by a mechanical ventilation system, introducing clean air taken from outdoors into “noble” areas like living rooms or bedrooms, recovering the energy in the exhaust air.

Recupera DRY

Controlled mechanical ventilation unit with dehumidification and airtreatment for horizontal installation

Requirements in terms of room air quality and economy are increasingly demanded in latest generation buildings.
In the light of the price increase of energy, the exterior parts of buildings are subjected to increasingly more sophisticated heat insulation and protection interventions. Consequently, the demand for heat in terms of transmission is much lower than the demand for heat in terms of ventilation.
Thus, the treatment of the air, aimed at saving energy and for the healthiness of the rooms, today represents one of the most important design challenges in the construction sector.
At the same time, the user’s sensitivity has also increased regarding the quality of the air and the necessity to prevent harmful effects on human health. The replacement and treatment of the room air therefore assume an increasingly important meaning.
Emmeti, proposes Recupera DRY, an integrated solution of Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (CMV) units with dehumidification and air treatment for rooms in the home. By combining this with a radiant system and a unique system for distribution of the air into the rooms, the air can be treated in the different seasons and for varied room comfort requirements.

How does Recupera DRY work
A controlled mechanical ventilation system ensures constant air renewal in the respective rooms in the home, extracting it from the most polluted environments, such as bathrooms, kitchens and laundries; introducing fresh air, withdrawn from the common areas of the home such as the living room and bedrooms.
With Recupera DRY, connected to the ventilation system and to the heating plant circuit, it is possible to treat the air and ensure maximum environment comfort and minimum air consumption.

Recupera DUCT

Duct Heat Recovery unit horizontal and vertical URC version

URC ventilation units with high efficiency heat recovery are designed and developed for not residential applications and allow the room air renewal with the highest energy saving; they specifically meet requirements of UE Regulation n°1253/2014.

These units may be integrated with traditional heating and cooling systems, but they can operate also alone.

The series, in a horizontal configuration (with optional kit for vertical conversion), is divided into seven sizes, for air flow rates ranging from 450 to 3400 m3/h.
