Ikaro is the wall-mounted hydronic terminal equipped with exclusive HydroSilence technology for unparalleled acoustic and thermal comfort. Specifically designed for residential applications, Ikaro packs the best PID thermal and electronic technology into a compact and elegant form. Ideal in heat pump systems, and renewable systems, including solar. Fast and effective, it heats, cools, and dehumidifies in complete silence.

The value of silence

Ikaro can deliver ideal heat output with unsurpassed quietness thanks to HydroSilence technology. (Ex. Ikaro 350, from as much as 2kW thermal, has an average noise value of only 18dB). Near the desired temperature, electronic control reduces sound emission and air flows to imperceptible levels, maintaining ideal efficiency in both heating and cooling. (note: Please remember that human breath corresponds to a noise level of 20dB).

Ikaro heats, cools and dehumidifies

With 5 cooling powers available from 1.1 to 3.3 thermal kW, Ikaro is the complete solution for hydronic air conditioning with cross-flow technology, advantageous in systems with modern reversible heat pumps. The dehumidifying effect adds well-being to the rooms.

Ikaro is compact, elegant and universal

Ikaro's design is developed to find a place in the most elegant residential environments: with a focus also on compactness (width less than 90cm). Furthermore, Ikaro can be universally installed with common predisposition boxes for gas splits (h.int>10cm). The convenient fixing plate, which facilitates installation and maintenance thanks to the “tilting hinge" joint, remains completely invisible.

The modern concept of comfort in houses extends beyond the climatic aspects (temperature, humidity and air purity) to include acoustics as well.

The silent, modulating and patented Comfosplit

Designed for maximum comfort, Ikaro incorporates patented Hydrosilence technology: noiselessness and thermal power modulation. Ikaro can be controlled by remote control, thermostat or via Modbus. 

Field of use

Each Ikaro can be operated in complete autonomy thanks to the practical infrared remote control provided as standard, and the eye-catching transparent LCD display that shows the desired temperature at all times. For even more articulated control, for example within home automation systems, Ikaro comes with Modbus connectivity as standard. Ikaro finds an ideal fit with Integra Benessere, Ideal Clima's simple and advanced ThermoDomotica that allows control of all system devices to govern home comfort to optimize efficiency and reduce consumption. From the touch screen panel Integra Touch you can control, from a single device, all the functions of the house: air conditioning, hydronic or radiant, heat recovery ventilation, dehumidification and air quality. Just the pressure of a finger to operate multiple devices at the same time or to set the temperature in each room of the house. With a simple and intuitive interface, integrated into the environment and thanks to the capacitive display with touch interaction with "gestures" customary with the spread of tablets and smartphones.
